Care for Heart from Various Disease

There are many lifestyle factors which cause heart disease. This particular cause seems to be one of those common knowledge assertions: that stress can cause heart disease. The body's reaction to a stressful event is programmed into us to save our lives. Over the long course of human evolution, finding yourself in a potentially dangerous situation demanded an adrenaline surge allowing the body to respond in a quick and powerful way.

The study surveyed and followed over 4,500 people aged 35 and over in Scotland. It followed them for four years, tracking mortality and cardiovascular events over that time period. The study found that the risk of a cardiovascular event for the groups that spent more than two hours in front of the screen more than doubled. One research paper even goes as far to say that any amount of alcohol consumption is good for improving your cholesterol.

This is because it was based on surveys and the majority of people tend to exaggerate, under estimate or are genuinely mistaken about their own health habits when it comes to someone "official looking" standing in front of them with a clip board. It is even more impressive when you consider participants in these studies were not using lipid-lowering medications and the only intervention was to give either chromium pollinate or the placebo during the test periods.

When it comes to those people who suffer from a stroke, it would appear that the consensus is that men become more affected around 66 years of age and upwards, and women from 70 years of ages and upwards. In essence, there is no definitive answer to the question what are the symptoms for heart disease, as circumstances surrounding every individual differ greatly.

Constant stress releases chemicals into the body that can cause long-term damage. Over time, strong arteries and veins exposed to stress chemicals can become weak. Also, smoking and alcohol consumption are popular methods of coping with stress, and these work alongside the stress itself in encouraging heart disease.

Sadly, many people's first symptom of a heart condition is an actual heart attack, and even then, women do not always experience the classical symptoms that men do. There are many risk factors for heart disease, and luckily, most are controllable. Controllable risk factors for both men and women include smoking, obesity, poor diet, leading a sedentary lifestyle, diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.

These symptoms then cause the center of the chest feels depressed for 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Other symptoms of the emergence of a cold sweat, palpitations, dizziness, feel like fainting, and sometimes gasping for breath during exercise. There is another kind of Mental Conditioning called Observant type which can be cultivated to help us in controlling lifestyle disorders. Over a period of time, the physical organs change its properties slowly and steadily as a result of sustained thought-process.

Cholesterol is everywhere. This is a type of fat that is found in the cells of our body that forms part of outer body. This is an essential part to our hormones such as estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. Foods that we eat like too much of cakes, candies, snack foods, and even our favorite breakfast treats, like pancakes, do have the certain trans fat that would kill the good fats in our system.
